Has anyone’s warehouse began their seasonal hiring yet? I just read the handbook for a refresh and saw it says we can start getting them October 7. I haven’t heard of them starting at all, and they just cut all part timers hours the last two weeks down to the minimum, even though we have been incredibly busy

I’m kind of at a loss. I (25F) was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s at 21 years old. The doctor I was with didn’t do much about it so I ended up switching doctors and now I’m on good enough meds that my last blood test read at TSH 0.021 T4 Free at 1.82. At least she said I’m fine and we aren’t changing my meds.
But this last week I started having severe confusion. I was stumbling over words, room was spinning, left conversations not knowing what was just said. It happened for 4 days in a row so I went in to my doctor. Keep in mind I was working as a stocker at my place of work, so constant bending over and standing up. She tested me for blood pressure stuff and diagnosed me with orthostatic hypotension. Told me to wear compression socks and drink more water. That was it.
I hate that my body seems to hate itself. I’m tired of not feeling normal and overall feeling like shit. I’m just looking for advice from anyone if they have experienced this, and is it something related to my Hashimoto’s at all? Is it curable? Is this something I need to deal with the rest of my life?
