Inverter suze

I see people here and in other forums (especially EV forums) complaining about drawing from the grid when charging car or using a lot of power. In almost every case it's because of inverter limitations.

I myself wasn't across all the ins and outs of solar and batteries but we were incredibly lucky to have an electrical engineer install our system. He smoked like a chimney and left butts all over our garden...but he was incredibly knowledgeable. He upsold us on an extra 5kwh inverter for our system (13.3kw panels and 49.8kwh GoodWe battery) and I'm so thankful I listened to him.

If you've got a decent size battery, a 10kwh inverter, and over 12kw of panels it's worth investing in a second inverter.

Edit: why the fuck can we only edit the post's body 😂 Suze??
