Just had a Daikin heat pump installed, solar and battery to follow but until then am I best just running it during my Octopus Go cheap period each evening, and have it turned off the rest of the time, or target 20°C inside temperature 24/7?

280L water tank, so running HW at night every 2nd day gives plenty of hot water, just the heating I want to get right now it's getting colder

Would also love some recommendations on apps to track energy usage, COP value etc. and optimise my experience! Currently have no idea what COP I'm getting...
