Is my new CV an improvement?
I've been struggling with finding a job so I've redone my CV.
- I cut down on the skills section.
- I was concerned the large gaps in employment was making the timeline look bad so I added what I was doing in between jobs and changed Work Experience to Career History.
- I also thought my multiple roles in the same company made it looked like I job hopped more than I did so I changed the layout to show make that clearer.
But I'm concerned it now looks more cluttered.
So are these good changes? And anything else that should be changed?
Edit: I'm applying for customer service/contact centre jobs
