Is the parking portal open for anyone yet. Claims there isn't any permits available to purchase and to try again later. I'm out of tge country and using a VPN so trying to see if thats the case.

Hey, I'm trying to do a project that I believe would benefit UMass. I was wondering if there was any funding I can apply for? Additionally for a project like this should I reach out to any staff/faculty for a sponsorship?
