Found this cat in our building 2in the morning
Upper East Side, Manhattan
He's very clean, assuming that he recently left his home
We left food, water, and a little litter box for him in the hallway because we thought he might belong to someone in the building, but I am posting this just in case he came from outside the building. He's been crying all night long, and no one in the building has opened the door.
