Tips for improvement as my target is c1 and atleast a 5 in each section.

I applied on 20th april to edu portal my application was forwarded to university on may 27th on july 1st i received credentials in morning some people reported they received admits the same evening, is anyone who received credentials on 1st july and still waiting for decision. And how long they take to publish decision after giving credentials.
Its 15th of july still no decision

Understanding toefl ibt and prepare
Hello peers, previously i hold an IELTS academic score of 6.5 bands B2 CEFR but due to some resons i am planning for toefl ibt within few weeks i need help to understand the test format and preparation.
