Looking for advice please

Struggling with my clinic i opened last nov

I do other jobs too , so posting on socials is hard but try to post as much as when possible

I paid a marketing agency but they send me a social media template every month and want me to run a skin membership subscription of sorts which does not work very well for me as i am a doctor

My followers on insta are only 250

Tried fb ads , ad account got hacked and now is disabled

Strugglin with business / marketing

What can i do to help

Any ad agencies which are reasonable ? Which can help with this
