Trying to build a local food brand from Ratnagiri. Need feedback

I'm a local entrepreneur and recently started a small packaged lassi brand called The Can Co. We're trying to build a product from Ratnagiri, for Ratnagiri.
We chose transparent packaging because we believe customers should be able to see exactly what they're drinking. Right now we're still very new and learning every day.
I would genuinely love feedback from fellow Ratnagiri residents:
1.What would make you try a new local beverage brand?
2.Which flavour would you be most interested in?
3.What do you expect from a good lassi?
Is there anything you dislike about packaged dairy drinks?
I'm not here just to advertise. I'm trying to understand what local consumers actually want and improve the product.
