North Georgia zone 8.

Is it normal to have this many weeds in fescue this time of year. There’s Virginia button weed, a broadleaf weed I’m not sure the name of, some clover and others as well.

Not sure if these pictures are good enough to diagnose. This is a backyard with two types of warm season grass in zone 7. One is definitely zoysia the thinner blades and the other to me looks like centipede. The whole front yard is zoysia (unsure if specific variety) as well. Someone at work said possibly two different strands of zoysia
