So me and my partner were having sex and she was on top and bouncing, but after we finished I noticed my condom was gone. Only to realize that it was inside my girlfriend she got really worried and scared that this might happen again, and I'm not sure if it was because of what we were doing or maybe the condom is too small? Any advice?

Update: here's more info cause I didn't realize there was that many factors my bad

1. The condom didn't break, it's almost like it pulled off by her when she got off

2. I use the trojan ultra thin's and it's a lil tight but I thought that was normal but also it doesn't go down the whole way but most most the way
