What the title says. I recently read Cleat cute and Lover Birds and I would like to read more with neurodivergent characters

I play Anno 117 with a friend in Multiplayer.

We noticed that the ingame time for Events like Research, Festivals or now the volcanic winter takes longer than the system says. We timed it and ten seconds of volcanic winter took 14 seconds real time.

Is there any fix for this? As it is Multiplayer, we can't fast forward the time
