i have tried putting in the code and it won’t work it says the code has already been redeemed but i bought the card 3 days ago. is there anything i can do to counteract it?

When adding a material to joined objects that have been rematched together the color doesn’t go all over the figure. I don’t believe that it has anything to do with the objects being joined together because other pieces connected are colored, but some specific parts aren’t

my family had recently gotten into wifi improvement and we bought 3 different Surfboard branded wifi devices. When i try to set them up in the app it say i can only have 2 devices linked to the account. We have our main router and a booster connected but we still have our extenders to connect. Dose anyone have any experience with this company or any way to connect them.
