Anyone noticed that in LA there is no ojai access it just says first available. I’ve tried multiple pick ups and drop offs all around the service area and it does not give you the option. Is it just me or is anyone else having the issue?

I have two accounts one account is one that has 800+ trips. The other one has 150+ and for some reason the 150+ got the premier invitation and it also got freeway access first I don’t know why it’s weird.
I went to go buy a homeless lady a tap card and when I checked my bank, I got charged 25 when I only put 5 on the card and the extra 20 was because of this World Cup card. Ridiculous they are charging $20 for a World Cup tap card at least make it more prominent that this type of card cost 20 bucks. And I think the Earth day bamboo card wasn’t 20 so why is it 20 for a piece of plastic with an NFC chip
