So I downloaded pgr 2 and it won't work for some reason. I checked and it is x.iso but I get a black screen every time I try to boot it up. So can someone explain why this is happening?

So I've beaten majority of 13 devils and kingdom twelve and I'm trying to spawn legendary spear but he won't spawn so can someone please help?
