Hi guys, I really want to try practicing air vomiting but I’m so scared of throwing up by doing it. Is there a way to do it to make sure I don’t throw up while doing it?? I associate burping with throwing up so it freaks me out but I know it will help me being able to. I’ve seen people learn to burp just from practicing air vomiting so I will give it a try as the actual treatment procedure seems too expensive for me at the moment
