Jason in WFA episode 207
Decisions, decisions what to do with the money from the heist? He is so dramatic doing all that and blushing 🥰

Image 1, 2, 3- just found it interesting the paralel between Jason and Bruce as themselves and as Batman and Robin driving and jamming the radio, like foreshadowing. And i just love them as a team, it's so bittersweet. (Every team up between jason and bruce should be framed through this nostalgia lens as we saw in UTRH)
Image 4- of course there is an explosion 😭 this is unintentional forshadowing
Image 5- just that, they are so cute 🥰
I'm working on something that has to do with Cupid, but it's smth about this artstyle that reminded me of him when I saw Jason. He's adorable 😭🥰
What was more culturally significant the Renaissance or Jason Todd? That's the question
I've went back on my pretty short list of comics I have left to read for jason (not like I read everything but I chose to skip the entire n52 for my peace of mind). And so I found this annual.
Spoiler: >! Bruce loses all his money and posessions !< It is set pre-crisis, so Jason is still a circus kid, but the way he is so unconcerned with money could also fit his street kid origin as well.
I guess my mind just started fusing pre and post crisis jason together, but i love reading his pre crisis run and dissecting what would still fit his current personality and backstory.
This a Joker design I made for an alternate universe I'm working on. I leaned heavier into the Jester aesthetic since I wanted right away for you guys to understand that he different. I don't mean good but he has some differences in personality than the joker we're used to.
I have an alternate universe I'm working on (where among others jason is involved) and I keep posting scenes in the comic book script format on my tumblr page. And while I enjoy doing that and appreciate every like I get, my reason for posting is asking for feedback on the quality and characterization, since my biggest dream is to become a comic book writer. And I haven't really got people speaking their minds when it comes to that.

So I was wondering if there's another place where fans are doing that more or if anyone is curious or willing to give me some honest input. Just a quick warning, my story involves an OC since this is her journey, from being a psychiatrist for joker and harley to getting more and more involved with other characters, so ik this is not for everyone. I have to be honest I haven't tried AO3 since I don't have a finished body of work yet.

If the post is not suitable for the sub I have no problem with it being taken down.
In previous seasons, these sloppy thieves kidnapped Tim and Jason rescued him every time (if i'm not mistaken it happened 2 times before). Now they are back one more time. This episode was hilarious
The comic book industry is not very developed in my country, but there is a national publisher that translates comic books. How can I make the portfolio to have the best chances of getting hired?
This is based on my reading of Pre N52 Harley (Harley Quinn 2000 and Gotham City Sirens)
I feel like this expression of "crying-laughing" perfectly encapsulates her character and her struggles (using humour to hide her regrets
and guilt)
But also to a conscious level, here being imprisoned in Arkham she's trying to cope with the fact that she is away from the Joker.
I made her outfit reminiscent to Alice's (Alce in Wonderland)
This episode was so silly. Everyone was trying to embarrass Dick.
Which one you like better?
Their handshake 😭
The silent scream (and also how cute Jason's bangs are)
And the way jason thinks of the bat as a good omen.
Edit: Thank you everyone who participated!
Batman is able to snap from his fear he has as a result of Blackfire's brainwashing. His mind is weak, he was starved, drugged, hurt as part of the process. However Batman was able to snap out of it for a bit when his son was in danger.
The heist on Penguin happened and Bruce found out about it. I expected a fallout and an ugly fight similar to the ones we see in the main continuity. But i'm glad Selina stepped in this time.
I'd say maybe Jason was wrong for doing this behind Bruce's back (we'll see actually if jason thought ahead of consequences). But he didn't really do it behind his back he was loud and clear it is going to happen. I love how much Selina loves this family and how she joined the heist because she wanted revenge since Penguin hurt her family. But she also kinda gaslight/ sugar talked Bruce here (she's a good manipulator what can i say)
I believe the events of the cult left a deep mark on Jason and affected the way he will approach fighting crime later on as Red Hood.
They were driven off their city, he witnessed his mentor and father figure losing composure many times (besides worrying if batman is dead since he was missing for more than a week), witnessed absolute horror and the incident with the woman (as we've seen how sensitive jaybin is to violence against women and even batman who is more detached was v affected). Luckily, he stayed behind and didn't see what happened to Blackfire.
Reading the first issue where the Deacon explains his supposed methods and motivations: that criminals are running the streets and even if caught they end up on the streets again, that police are unable to handle the situation and killing them is the only solution, it makes sense, he makes a good point. It is reminiscent to how Red Hood's philosophy on crime, that some people (like the Joker) are too far gone and the only solition is putting them down. Ofc the methods differ. Blackfire's heart wasn't in it, he didn't truly believe in what he preached, he was prying on the weak (the homeless) and depending on them (and religion), so they inevitably got out of hand. Jason uses crime and intimidation and is on his own. I think Jay's methods wouldn't have worked either on the long run, simply because he is just one guy, powerful and smart, but ultimately alone, he too needs like-minded people to follow him and leave his legacy.
The last page, with Jason having to use guns for this mission and feeling weird about it is an unintentional and bittersweet foreshadowing.
This moment from the Cult reminded me of this flashback from RHATO (i don't remember from which Outlaws team but this moment lives rent free in my head). I have more wholesome moments with these two to share!
Spoiler: >!Batman is caught and brainwashed by a cult. Jason comes to his rescue!<. Crazy to think that Bruce wouldn't have made it out of this one without Jaybin.
Starlin might not have liked jason or robin, but he still showed how integral Robin is for batman.
From Harley Quinn and Gotham City Sirens.
Seeing her father's behavior, no wonder she was attracted to Joker
And the last one just bc the sirens are so cute, her real family
🦇 Ofc I had to make the long hair (I was heavily inspired by adult Zuko)
🦇 This is a remake of an older drawing, which I have a lot of lore for here
