Our SM just handed us these. I really wonder how many people are going to be patient enough to actually wait out the second PA needed for their insurance to go through to have their $50 copay. What is WAG getting out of this? If anyone had any insight as to why this is a thing please let me know!

I had a pt come show me their app saying they had no active prescriptions. I wanted to try to help link their profile but I had no idea how to do it. Could someone help? :)
