Euchre 3D rating

I know this is the nature of the game, but nothing infuriates me more than getting partners who consistently play poorly or get us euchred multiple times. And other times it seems all I can get is all 4 suits in 9s, 10s, and queens. Other times I am dealt a great hand every round. It does not feel randomized as game to game it seems like ALL good cards or ALL bad cards the entire game. I'm just complaining and its probably not true, I just hate losing.

I either win 5 in a row or lose 5 in a row, I swear the game gives me strong cards for a streak and then weak cards for a streak

Drowsiness with Herbals

Im on week 2 of an herbal protocol. I wake up nauseous everyday and literally pass out and fall asleep every afternoon. I have never felt this exhausted. Im sleeping like 8 hours a night and napping 2-3 hours per day

antimicrobials for hydrogen sibo

I started my antimicrobials after 2 weeks of gut support

• interfase plus
• L Glutamine
• NAC
• IgG2000
• digestive enzymes
• DAO
• motility activator
• Betaine HCL
• vitamins

Now Im starting 6 weeks continuing above plus

• Neem
• Allicin
• Berberine

The problem is I have absolutely no appetite. Im having such a hard time even thinking about eating. I still do because I know it will help, but the thought of food literally makes me nauseous. I eat beef, chicken, cream of rice, kiwis, blueberries, so its quite hard to eat enough calories

Thorne Betaine HCL & Pepsin

My functional doc is having me take this, and wants me to get up to 4 caps with meals. She told me to slowly ease in because it can cause stomach burning. I can already take 4 with meals and feel no burning at all. Do you think this is an indicator of low stomach acid that I tolerate this so well?

People commenting on food choices/eating with sibo

So obviously none of us eat like a normal person. I worked (just left) an office job and it was a place where we would go out to lunch/breakfast as a team sometimes 3x per week.

It is so exhausting having people comment on my food choices. If we were going to lunch I would usually eat beforehand and pack a meal like potatoes and ground beef

My coworkers constantly ask why I don't eat, tell me I have SO MUCH WILLPOWER, that they could NEVER do what I'm doing. Like I WOULD LOVE NOTHING MORE THAN TO EAT PIZZA WITH YOU! But I will shit my pants and bust my zipper if I do. I have told everyone I have dietary restrictions due to a health issue, but I didn't have sibo when I started the job so they act like I have some kind of eating disorder now.

Waiters/waitresses constantly double and triple checking why I'm not eating. Most local places don't list if onion/garlic is in stuff and I don't really trust that they know. Plus they still charge you 16.99 for a PLAIN chicken breast with steamed carrots.

People being like 'well Im sure you can have a LITTLE!' talking about cake or anything. I absolutely love food, so it's even more annoying when people act like I'm deliberately trying to be 'better' than them by not eating.

Okay rant over. I have a new office job offer that I don't think I am taking because I feel like I really need to focus on treating this. I have known I had hydrogen sibo for 5 months now.

GI MAP, Breath Test, Blood Work, Organic Acid Test

I got my GI MAP/OAT which showed no parasites, no active bacterial pathogens, no H. Pylori, no current Norovirus, no candida

Blood work was good, (hormones, vitamins, iron) with some things a little too high and biotin the only low item

Sibo test was only positive for Hydrogen with a peak of 52 and rise of 35 early on. I go to the bathroom everyday, eat low fermentation, and still get insane bloating, like I can't even manage it. Most of my meals are ground beef, chicken breast, eggs, plus a very small amount of olive oil or butter and lower fodmap fruit sometimes

I don't have insurance for antibiotics. Any suggestions?? I can't keep living like this

Thoughts on this case?

I got my breath test back with a rise of 35ppm hydrogen and methane peaked at only 8 (negative)

My functional doc will likely recommend the antimicrobial route. Is this pretty treatable? I already have bowel movements daily, I take biofilm disruptors and vitamins as of now. My worst symptom is bloating and muscle/joint aching.

I've been testing

So far no hormone issues, vitamins/minerals/iron looking normal. liver function is good, no yeast issues. It almost more frustrating having things come back normal when you feel so bad!!!

I did a 2 week elemental which I felt great on, but symptoms returned.

Now I have a GI MAP and SIBO breath test pending, but I have been bloating like CRAZY for 5 months STRAIGHT even though my meals are almost only rice, potatoes, butter, and meat 😪 Anything else is really bad on my stomach. I have pretty regular and normal BM's. I am really intrigued to see how the next tests turn out

Biofilm Disrupters

I don't get reactions from antimicrobials, however, biofilm disruptors can make me nauseous, flushed, and achey. Most of the time very manageable, but one day I did feel like I had a full fledged fever and body aches. I reduced the amount and went back to normal.

Is this pretty normal? In my head I'm hoping it means it is working effectively lol. I'm not taking antimicrobials right now- just taking Interfase Plus for a week leading up to my GI MAP and I am feeling it for sure.

Getting another functional health doc

I had been working one that was okay, we ran OATS test and bloodwork to get basic answers and rule some stuff out. She helped me a ton with histamine intolerance. It was $500 for 2 appointments and I had to pay for tests ($250) out of pocket. Not cheap to say the least. I also did 14 day elemental (another $500 something) which ultimately is not helping either. I have taken numerous supplements/antimicrobial protocols (another $250) and then she actually quit her job at my location. So now I'm biting the bullet and getting another functional health doc ($1700 for 3 months PLUS testing costs)

pray for my wallet 😂 this is the most expensive issue I have ever had, in the worst financial state I have ever been in.
