Moving and unsure how to leave my agency

I am moving in two months. I love my agency and want to give them a two month notice, but I’m scared they’ll just let me go. I have no reason to believe they’ll do this other than the fact that I’ve seen this in other fields.

I do good work. Management had commended me on my ability to get along with a range of clients. I pick up multiple shifts a week. They like me there and I think they’d keep me until I move, but I really can’t risk get screwed out of consistent pay. I need to save up for rent.

My agency is actively hiring and struggles with callouts, so I’m really conflicted. With the call outs, I know they need people to fill in. With the hiring, I’m worried they’ll might replace me. There’s reason also for me to believe they’ll keep me for my consistent shifts with one difficult individual (and hopefully allow me to pick up more respite).

I don’t want to wait (give short notice) to tell them because I need to ask my bosses if they can be a reference for me. I also don’t want the people I support to be without 100% trained staff if I give short notice.

Any insight and advice would be appreciated.

Sorry for the awful room layout pic. Unfortunately, I lost the floor plan of our apartment lol. But basically, there is a massive ass radiator right where I would have otherwise placed my bed. I was thinking of putting a very large desk on the side with the radiator, where I could then have space to work on my laptop and set up a small vanity.

The only issue is that if I leave my full size bed, with the headboard against the adjacent wall, the bed will take up wayyy too much of the room. So I would lile to turn the bed so the side of the bed is against the wall. If I do that, I think it would be cute to get a day bed frame like the one pictured. That way I could have a couch to watch TV in, and a bed to sleep in!

But all of the day bed reviews mention children liking the bed frame!! Are those frames too childish for an adult? I’m surprised I find myself caring, but it’s a little embarrassing to find a frame I’m interested in, just to read a review about an 11 year old loving to roll around in it. Honest opinions, is it stupid? I’m 22 for reference, it’s my first apartment in a big city, so we all have pretty small rooms.

I guess my other thing is…. Where can I find a daybed frame for a full sized bed. I can only find one for a twin sized bed. Which, of course, makes me realize more and more that this definitely might be a little silly for me to continue looking into. I just thought it would be practical, and maybe look a bit better than a regular bed frame turned on its side?

I’m so sorry if this is confusing. It’s late and I’ve been thinking about this for hours now. And I’m sure my diagram can’t be much help, lol. But please give input!

Idk what this man is going for. But i also don’t care to ask for oak, cyrus, sabrina, etc.

I do not expect meta trainers! But i would like usable offers. Hoping for something along the lines of team rocket grunt or Will. Please make offers!
