Is anyone here running a pc6 over sending their ecu in for a flash?

Just bought my gsx8r, pick it up tomorrow. Curious are there anything you guys did right off the hop to improve anything? I'm thinking a tail tidy will be first thing. Wondering if

anyone could post pics of theirs So I could compare a few?
