Struggling to gain weight is affecting my mental health, Need advice

I was living alone for my last semester at Uni + went through a breakup and immediately got into a toxic situationship (worst mistake I made) and I neglected my health so bad I went from 55 to 47kgs in 7-8 months and lost my appetite due to the stress and just not having the energy or motivation to cook meals..

I’m now struggling to build up my appetite, gain any weight back. I wanted to get any advice from women who were able to gain healthy weight.
I am 22yrs old, 5’4”.
I always used to work out from home, was on and off at the gym. My measurements in May 2025 were :
Hips 38.9”, waist 26.6, chest 31.5
As of now (2026) my measurements are:
Hips 36” waist 23.5-24” chest 30”.

I can’t fit my clothes, I look sick. Everyone who sees me now expresses their concern for my health. I’m sick of it.. I really want to gain weight. I’ve started working out, getting back into yoga and whatever movements that I enjoy.. I have a few resistance bands, dumbbells at home so I make do with what I have..

I’d really appreciate any advice or help because this weight loss has taken a massive toll on my self esteem and mental health. I suffered from depression during my early teenage years (from 12-16) , got diagnosed with BPD but I was doing a lot better up until now, I can feel the self hatred coming back, I started fantasising about death mostly coz I was so frustrated with my life and my never ending health issues.. I wanna feel like myself again :(

TLDR: Lost 8-9kgs in 7-8 months due to stress induced appetite loss. Need advice on how I can gain weight back to 55 from 47kg. Weight loss has taken a toll on my mental health and self perception.
