I know housing prices on a national level have gotten out of hand, but still, I thought a smaller city like this would be somewhat reasonable. So much for anyone under the age of 35 being able to afford a house. I guess we’re going to be forever renting apartments.

I’ve learned a lot from his content. I think he is a solid guy. What do you guys think? Sometimes I wish he was a little more conversational, but I respect him for his boldness. I think in general he is a wise guy, both apologetic and scholarly at the same time. But idk
