Why are home prices so outrageous in the city?
I know housing prices on a national level have gotten out of hand, but still, I thought a smaller city like this would be somewhat reasonable. So much for anyone under the age of 35 being able to afford a house. I guess we’re going to be forever renting apartments.
I guess all the nova money is running up demand.
