are we just accepting college on saturday? what happened to the protest ppl were talking about??

My brother is planning to join through the sports quota. He is a national level player and will be participating in multiple state and national tournaments throughout the year.

I wanted to know how strict the college is regarding attendance in such cases. Will the college provide official permission for tournaments, and will attendance be considered for participation in sports events? Also, will he realistically be able to manage both academics and sports together without major issues?

Considering this specifically from the perspective of a serious student-athlete, which would be a better choice between CBIT and VNR?
