Can I get a better deal on my device or plan by buying through Costco or the Mobile Shop at Superstore?

So… I live in Alberta, and am with Rogers for all my tech. Our 2-year cell plan is up on June 30.
We have 3 cell lines. Want a new Samsung S26, an Apple 17, and an Apple 17 Pro Max.
We have internet with Netflix = $76.
We have Cable with 4 boxes = $85.
I want to call Rogers and ask for a deal, given that we have been long time customers, and use all their services. I went to the store, and was offered the same deal as a newbie. 🤨
What would you recommend?
