Will WS Light Rail Extension End at SODO?
With the Ballard extension & the second Downtown tunnel delayed to at least 2042, will the 2035 West Seattle trains (or at least some of them) merge at SODO and continue thru the existing tunnel to downtown, Capitol Hill, UW, etc.*?
Or will we just have a $5B shuttle to Emerald City Trapeze Arts
