Worst Thing About Work From Home 😭

You don’t realize how easily work + life start blending together… until it’s 9 PM and you’re still “just finishing one small thing” in the same place you eat, sleep, and relax. No real separation, no real shutdown — just your brain staying in work mode way longer than it should.

How do you actually switch off when your office is also your home?

How I Stopped Impulse Buying Online (and Saved Myself from Random Purchases)

I used to buy stuff online super fast—see it, like it, order it, done. Then a few days later I’d wonder why I even got it. Now I’ve slowed down a bit, I’ll leave things in the cart, check a couple reviews, compare options, and most of the time I realize I don’t even want it that much. It’s kind of crazy how just waiting a little changes your mind, but it also saves money and a lot of random regret purchases.

Simple tips that actually help:

* I stopped shopping when I’m bored — that’s when most useless purchases happen

* Adding something to cart feels almost as satisfying as buying it, so I leave it there instead and If I forget about the item after 24 hours, I clearly never wanted it that badly

* If I can’t think of when I’ll use it in the next 7 days, I probably don’t need it

* I ask myself: “Would I still buy this if it wasn’t on sale?”

* Watching reviews made me realize how many “must-have” products are basically the same thing with better marketing

* I started noticing that excitement comes from imagining the product, not actually owning it

Delaying the purchase makes you buy intentionally instead of emotionally. The best feeling isn’t buying something random — it’s realizing you saved yourself from wasting money
