Fast-paced romances for my partner who finds The Notebook too slow

Hey guys,

I love watching movies. My partner loves them too, but she's not into the artistry of cinema, for her it's more about entertainment (which I totally get).

To her, a good movie can't be a "slow" one. By slow I mean films that take their time building atmosphere or lingering on emotional beats. She actually loves romance, but movies like The Perks of Being a Wallflower or The Notebook feel way too long and drawn-out for her. She'd rather have something that keeps the momentum going and stays engaging throughout.

I'd love to watch films with her that fit her taste (honestly, I'm just happy to watch anything with her). Any recommendations?

Thanks a lot !

Suggestions de lectures politiques ?

Salut !

Merci beaucoup ! :)

Will election season bring more jobs?

What’s up !

Like everyone else, I’m looking for a stable job in today’s job market. Right now, I have a great opportunity lined up for the next four or five months, but I’m not sure what I’ll do after that.

There are several elections coming up during this period, including the U.S. midterm elections, the Quebec general election, and numerous municipal elections in Ontario and Prince Edward Island. I was wondering whether you think the job market might become a little more interesting as a result.

Since I already work in an international environment, I could work in the United States as well as in Canada.

Thanks :)
