Pay progression
The RAF website says the first productive year is £36.1k including the £6k Golden Hello, so I assume the actual salary is about £30.1k.
What can I realistically expect to earn in the following years if I don’t get promoted? Do you get annual pay increments, and roughly what salary would I be on after 2–5 years? Anyone in the role?

Sandwich maker questions
So I have got another new job at Greggs for uni as a sandwich maker and I’m sort of confused with some small things ,like do you decant the boiled eggs or keep it in the container and also when you have to use it, do you have to put it at the top of the prep bench or can you use it from the lower shelves
