I'm trying to understand what actually slows students down in Canvas day to day.
For me it feels like small friction points add up, especially around navigation and UI. Things like having to click through multiple pages just to get to assignments, grades, or course updates, or not being able to quickly see what is important from the dashboard. The UI also feels quite fixed, and there is not much room for personal customization or making it visually easier to scan.
