Been thinking about this for a while — every "best biriyani in Kochi" list is basically Paragon, Rahmath, and maybe one or two others on rotation. But I know for a fact there are small places — maybe a single outlet, no branches, no marketing — that regulars swear by and outsiders never hear about because they don't show up anywhere near the top of Google/Zomato.

Curious if others feel the same. Drop your most underrated biriyani spot below — the one you're almost annoyed is still a secret. Bonus points if it's not in a "top 10" list anywhere.

One of my fondest childhood memories was my dad bringing back a portion of braised chicken from Volga bar.It was soo spicy and tasty,Even though I could barely eat it,I still craved it every day.
