Reminder: BART seats are for butts

A PSA: Just a reminder a BART seat is for a human body. Not: your feet, your bag, your other bag, your dry cleaning, your burrito.

Also: seats by the doors are for people who need them most. If you're seated on a busy train, look up from your phone periodically to see if someone might need to sit more than you do.

If a car is empty and you want to put your bag on the seat, great. But your stuff generally shouldn't be taking up a seat when people are standing.

Experience taking GLP-1s after endometrial cancer?

I'm in my mid-50s and was diagnosed with Stage 1A endometrial cancer last fall. Had a full hysterectomy/ovaries/tubes out in January. The surgery found no cancer; turns out they got it all in the biopsy. I just need monitoring going forward. I recovered very well and feel completely fine. I got HUGELY HUGELY lucky.

I've put on 15 lbs since the surgery and wasn't slim to begin with. I'm considering starting GLP-1s and I'm wondering if anyone has experience starting these drugs after a diagnosis. My BMI is now around 31.

(I will be discussing this with my physicians soon. Just looking for experiences and things others have learned.) Thanks.
