But sure, we're in an "economic golden age"....

But sure, we're in an "economic golden age"....
MAGA continuing to be "on brand"
I am trying to find the link for the round table/podcast where they discussed this and I will post it in the comments when I find it, but they basically outlined this scenario perfectly. Robo files for arbitration and gets a one year deal that the Stars can afford. Then sometime during this next season he signs a big deal that starts next year when Seguin is off the books and the cap goes up.
I know we're all wringing our hands with this stuff, but I think this has been the plan the whole time and why Robo has turned down every trade offer.
Jim Nill may have just pulled a masterclass maneuver and this also shows that Stars fans have a real keeper in Robertson. Robo's gonna take a lot less than he's worth this year in order to stay with the team.

“The trial court’s temporary injunction sweeps beyond anything Texas law permits,” the NCAA filing read. “It undermines the integrity of college sports, rewrites member-adopted rules of the National Collegiate Athletic Association, immunizes Brendan Sorsby from discipline for admitted and serial violations of NCAA anti-gambling rules, incentivizes a run on courthouses across the country to challenge even the most obvious and straightforward student-athlete eligibility decisions, and demolishes the status quo.”
Felon Paxton and his fellow MAGAts lose in court again
from the article...."The cuts follow another round of layoffs last year, when Topgolf reduced its workforce by 300 employees after tariffs carved an estimated $40 million from the company’s balance sheet."
