So I redeemed code made account. I got a text went to text back I had to stat over so I have the website now tried to sign in it has all my info but when tried to reset password since it was wrong I guess or you can’t see what you put when making account and my security question is wrong some how I made an account with me email says comp. 2 tickets I just need to log into finish making the details and dates. How can I get the to unlock account now that’s it’s been so many times and let me reset password. Thanks. O

I redeemed the promo code made the account then when I went to put the dates in for the tickets it closed it out and I can’t log back in and it’s not the same site and normal universal. So now I need to know how to get back to that site and login and finish setting up dates for the tickets o already got where it says comp 2 tickets 3 parks 1 day. I just need to know how to finish. I’ve been on the phone with Xfinity and the Orlando number they gave me no one has helped yet. I saw in the forums a lot of other having the same problems or very similar.
