Hi, I’m relocating for work and looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1 bed / 1 bath apartment in Great Hills (North Austin).
The apartment is around 737 sq ft and I’ve honestly really liked living here. Maintenance has been super quick, it’s quiet, the closet is big, and the location is great overall. I’ve only lived here about 2 months, so everything is still in excellent condition.
Near Costco, Trader Joe’s, HEB, Whole Foods, Target, and The Domain.
Monthly rent is around $1,400/month. I’m also willing to help with rent during the first few months for the right person.
