I haven't sparked since May. All too familiar with the tech guy who pretty much sank instacart. I check my metrics somewhat regularly even though I havent been active. Was sitting at a 4.9, formerly a 5 until one crappy customer. They then implement the ratings with 4.99 or whatever. Tier system rolls out and drops me to a 4.88, then a 4.8 and today a 4.7. Yes I filed a complaint. Will anything happen in my favor? Unlikely. But this is just a warning to folks to keep eyes on this bs. Report it everytime.
