Text background color: black — how can I add a little extra space?

Hello from Korea!

I want to make my worship lyrics look like the first image.

I tried to recreate it, but what I made looks like the second image.

They're almost the same, but in the first image, there is a little extra space before and after the lyrics, and I don't know how to make it.

Adding spaces with the space bar doesn't work because ProPresenter doesn't apply the black text background to the spaces.

Is there a way to add this extra space while keeping the black text background?
