Anyone else in ops feel neglected?

Any other stores operations teams completely neglected by leadership? It feels like leadership overlooks ops and will only seek to understand when there’s an issue with a customer or metric. They do not give support when support is needed and often it’s because we only staff 3 people in pz most of the day. I’m unsure if managers get bonuses by cutting hours or not using the full allowance but it sure seems that way, entire store running below bare minimum yet they constantly want more. I’m really scared about the new CEO and how he wants to radically change the way we do things. The apple has fallen so far from the tree the tree is gone

TMPros- How often are you actually in role?

The People Operations Planner(POP) and Tech Merch Pro(TMP) get abused by store leadership in the sense of the tasks needed to be completed by them is seen as second hand and non important. I’ve seen TMPs get 2 hours to do all of their work which just seems so backwards.

Too many mangers

It has become comical to me that we under schedule team members and management acts surprised when people call out and they have 1-2 people to staff the floor. Meanwhile there’s more often than not 7-8 leads/managers there on any given day. Fire half of those people and hire more specialists. We don’t need manager, senior manager, store leader. Half of them don’t do shit anyway
