[Bug] - As an OC, HC does not manage roster NIL at all.
Playing an OC. Can’t manage roster NIL which I understand I guess. Problem is that the HC also doesn’t manage it at all. And we’re allowed to control the players leaving persuasion attempts..
So maybe make the HC at least randomly put some points in there? Can’t just do nothing that’s crazy.
