It is a lovely and cosy 5th floor apartment in a gorgeously green, tucked away neighborhood right by the East River with a <10 min walk to awesome city views on the bank.
Neighborhood Features:
~10 min walk to the 6 train
~5 min walk to M15 buses, 10 min ride to the 96th St Q station
~30 min to Columbia University
One crosswalk away from a beautiful and huge park with a rec center swimming pool, massive fields for team sports and community events, and super cool sculptures.
Apartment amenities:
In-unit washer-dryer, dishwasher, and room AC unit will be included if requested.
What you’ll pay:
Rent is $1350/month with utilities landing at about $60/month in peak heat and wifi is $20.
We would definitely prefer a female tenant 20s- early/mid 30s. My current roommate works full time.
