Ekarche: Launching 3 products in 3 months. Advice needed (i will not promote)

Hello r/startups,

I am planning to go all out with this with no funding at all, covering all infra and development costs on my own.

The company name is Ekarche with 3 products, 1 going live June 1st and the other 2 in the following months.

Any thoughts, ideas, or experiences you would like to share before I make a fool of myself and lose hope?

I need help with an open source cli tool to maintain and add new features

hi there r/projx

I have been working on this open source tool named npm create-projx. It works really good but I am thinking of taking it to next level.

Its getting hard for me to maintain it all by myself and adding others features is whole other story.

I need some assistance from you all if any of you could help me taking it to next level. I already have few add-on features in mind. Any help would be appreciated.

thank you

I am not here to promote but to get roasted and get genuine opinions of the people who have actually been through this and have experienced this to some level.

I have this MVP ready with three products under an umbrella company. They all serve different communities with different ideas, all available at Ekarche, please google it.

Tell me what you think.

Quick post in case it's useful for anyone here on a similar track.

I'm building under a brand called Ekarche (Sanskrit eka + Greek arche, "the one origin"). Two products under it right now.

Memoria - consumer household memory app. Reads forwarded WhatsApps, email, photos of paper docs. Pulls out the household stuff (school dates, LIC renewals, RC papers, warranties, gas booking SMSes, the works). Encrypted, family-shared. 12 languages including 8 Indian. DPDP-2023 aligned from the schema up.

DocuSift - B2B doc reader. Invoices, receipts, contracts. Pushes structured data to QB and Xero. Built for SMB finance teams.

Same core tech (extraction pipeline, structured output validation), different surfaces. Helps amortize the build cost.

A few choices that go against the standard advice in this sub:

Based in Mathura, UP, not Bangalore. Cost of living and quality of life. Team I want to build is happy here. Customers are international anyway.

Bootstrapped. Savings runway. Tried VC briefly, didn't like the shape of the conversations, dropped it.

Multilingual at v1, not as a "we'll add languages later" promise. The 8 Indian languages are real - native review pending on 3 of them, machine-translated baseline on the rest. Not perfect but better than the usual English-only India launch.

Pre-launch sites are at ekarche.com, joinmemoria.one, docusift.co. Both products take waitlist signups.

Curious to hear from anyone here who tried bootstrapping a multi-product studio (vs the standard advice to pick one thing). And if anyone has thoughts on multilingual launches done right, or anything in general to roast me, would love to hear.
