Hi everyone,

I am applying for the 485 visa and really need some advice on my situation.

My CoE was cancelled in Dec 2025 due to non-payment, but I paid everything and it was reinstated in Jan 2026 within 28 days. I have since completed my course and have all completion documents and transcripts and both offer letters and CoE. My student visa expires on 31 July 2026.

My agent said my 485 is not guaranteed because of the CoE cancellation period. Has anyone had a CoE cancelled and then reinstated but still successfully applied for 485? Does this affect eligibility in practice?

Any help or experiences would mean a lot. Thank you.
