Advice on buying Sony VAIO laptop on eBay (please and thank u)
I found this listing for a really cool looking Sony VAIO laptop on eBay for $199.99. I'm not sure if I should get it or not because I'm new to old tech but I'm so in love with the bright purple color + the idea of re-using an old computer instead of it being trashed + just the overall feeling of having a laptop for myself, so I'd like some advice based on my needs for a device like this :]] Here's the details of the laptop that stuck out to me:
-Intel core i3 10th gen
-RAM: 4 GB
-Most suitable for: Casual computing
-Hard Drive Capacity: 384 GB
-Windows 10 Pro
I mainly just want a laptop to use for typing documents, playing web games, maybe making the occasional slideshow or downloading music files for my mp3 player (fun personal stuff, won't really be using it for school.) Once again, I'm new to old tech so please be dead honest with me if its a bad idea to blow 200 dollars on a laptop like this instead of something new/a more "advanced" retro computer. Thx!!
