Where are the worst potholes in St Charles County?

My vote is the driveway just east of McDonalds at Mexico and Salt Lick. I dont know who needs to fix it. The property owner? St. Peters? The county? There's two potholes, one at least a foot wide. And there's barely room for two cars. But, that's the easiest way to get out of McDonalds after going through the drive-thru.

Ive got something on my computer that cant be found by any anti-virus/anti-malware program I've used. It opens pop-ups on the right side of my screen. The pop-ups all have the same domain name. parcuteonactios.co.in. Nothing comes up when I Google it. I've tried McAfee, Spybot, Malwarebytes and Windows 11's built-in Malicious software removal tool.
