Stray Kitten - Help needed

Found stray kitten in Visalia — urgently looking for rescue/foster help

I found a young stray black kitten in my back yard in visalia, estimated to be around 9-11 weeks old. I’ve been keeping it safely contained and providing food and water, but I unfortunately cannot keep or foster it long-term. Its mother abandoned it and i believe its siblings are dead

I’ve already contacted multiple local shelters/rescues and so far everyone has told me they are full or unable to take it.

The kitten is very scared of people but has started making progress, it will now eat in front of me and even eats wet food from a spoon I hold through the cage. I believe it could become socialized with someone who has the time and experience.

It also appears to have some medical needs. I have seen worms in its stool, possible fleas, and it has an abnormal/raw area around its lower lip/chin that was present when I originally found it. It is still eating normally despite this.

I’m looking for a rescue, experienced foster, or someone connected with a local cat organization who can help get this kitten veterinary care and into a safe foster/adoptive situation.

I am not asking someone to just take an unknown animal with no information,I can provide photos, everything I’ve observed.

Please comment or message me if you can help, know an experienced foster, or know of a rescue that may have space. Even a legitimate lead would be greatly appreciated.
