I just want to get out of the home more. I am not interesting in drinking or smoking. All I really want is just to go out to get a coffee or eat or go shopping with someone. We can go walking or do arts and crafts.

My interests include kpop (mainly girl groups and older groups), metalcore bands (im new), sanrio, cute things, and anime and manga. On my free time, I do arts and crafts along with graphic design. 

I also have autism which can make social interactions difficult. I'm trying to work through it.

Gonna be driving up to Visalia near Memorial Day from SoCal and wondering if there are any good roadside farm stands in the area in-season right now. Looking at Google Maps, seems like they're all closer to Fresno (and I'll take recs on those too), but there are a few listed near town without a website--I just don't know if those are open yearly or known by locals. Particularly looking for strawberries and stone fruit, but whatever you've checked out lately!

I got interviewed by Happy Lemon on Tulare and they requested I do a 3 hour minimum trial shift unpaid . The agreement they sent is ChatGPT generated and states it can lead up to 6 hours. The trial shift is for the prospect employee to get a sense of the work environment since you will be working on shift, making drinks for customers, etc all without pay. Everything online tells me it’s illegal and the agreement doesn’t make an illegal activity legal. I asked around and apparently they’re also under investigation at COS as well since a student reported something similar with the unpaid trial shift. They frequently sell their boba at COS events.

Hi Visalia!

I’m looking for a moving company to move me between places with in Visalia. I’ve done some googling and I’m having a hard time telling which companies are great or not because they are mostly sponsored or advertisements. I was wondering if anyone could share recommendations for moving companies based on personal experience experiences.

Only looking to have a few things moved like beds couch and a few other large items. I will be moving all of the smaller items myself, so it would only be a couple hours of work to take things out of the new house and bring it into the new house. Looking for professional companies, not interested in looking for people that are doing this as an odd job.
