Started therapy in 2018.
Dirt poor.
Only had medi-cal.

As I began to heal and progress and employment changed for the better, I now make too much for medi-cal to cover my therapy sessions.

$165 for therapy. Holy moly. At MindDivers.

I feel like my therapy would now be based on events that are emotionally triggering me (usually romantic relationships but I avoid them now but I always want to be prepared for a loss/grief) because I’ve been through the THICK of situations to gain a toolbox of self soothing skills.

It feels so odd and out of “identity” to no longer require therapy as much as I did 8 years ago. 8 years ago I was in the thick of PPD that I handed my infant over to Kaweah Health and now that infant is 8 years old and my life.

Hello 👋 i am in search of someone who knows their stuff on nutrition. Hopefully they can help me out or if not to expensive charge me .. I am a decently fit 33 year old guy who has been working out and I think I’m doing ok but I really want to get to the next level. And I know that’s dialing in my nutrition . Don’t know if this is the right spot to post this, but are there any vusd substitutes here? Is anyone else not getting any job postings/notifications? I only do high school so I don’t know if they’re doing midterms right now and if that’s the reason. I haven’t gotten one in a week and I’m starting to think I got kicked out or something lol.
