This is a dumb question but i recently got hired at a Hy-Vee and i was just told that my holiday pay for the 4th and every other holiday was only an extra dollar an hour. I’m just wondering if this is standard around other locations or if it’s just the one I work at.
Just looking for tips and tricks on how to improve at building because this didn’t exactly turn out the way i wanted it to (it kinda sucks) but nonetheless I’m happy with my first experience kitbashing? (I have no idea if I’m using that word correctly). This model is supposed to be a Firesight team and is made entirely of extra things from the combat patrol. I know the paint job is kind of bad (and i already see some areas I need to touch up on, but I’m happy with it regardless of its imperfections. I do wonder do people typically get upset about mid paint jobs? Anyway here’s some random nonsense that doesn’t really matter, but the entire theme for this is Midwestern (specifically my home state of Minnesota) as I went with black-and-white for the infantry to represent the snow and then I plan to do a bit of yellow on the vehicles/battle suits to represent the colors of the Minnesota Vikings.
