Waterproof isolation: is it applied correctly ?

The waterproof coating is supposed to be the orange layer. Should it cover the whole bathroom or only where the shower will be placed ?

Does it look like a great job ? Because I don’t trust these workers

EDIT: thanks everyone I have decided to stop them from working and will probably fire them this Monday after bringing 2 experts to check the work

Are they even working properly ?

So my mom hired workers to renovate the bathroom and a small toilet room. It was supposed to take 2 weeks and it's been now 1 full month and they still need a lot of work...
The manager is now saying he can fix it in 3 days but I don’t believe him at all (I didn’t take picture of the toilet room)

How long should this take according to u guys? I am NOT seeking any legal advice just a time estimation cuz I feel like their manager is fooling me, and that they’re not even working properly. Like all their tools are placed in my living room with no plastic cover on the ground or my other stuff, I see so many dirt on walls that should stay clean etc…
Also they fucking smoke inside and throw their cigarette inside the home despite having a fucking long balcony…

I know the guy and his team also work on a separate home at the same time but I feel like he decided to mainly work over there and not at my place, I’m not even sure if his work is good

PS: I have posted this in another subreddit and lots of people mocked me. Please don’t put any comment like « ur fault to have decided to pay cheap » or whatever. This is my mom’s doing I didn’t follow up anything because I have my life. I’m just now discovering this shit and I’m worried for her. I know NOTHING about real estate.

Workers too slow ?

So my mom hired workers to renovate the bathroom and the small toilet room. It was supposed to take 2 weeks and it’s been now 1 month and they still need a lot of work… on top of that they also have to change the electric cables but I mean.. 1 month ??! How long should this take according to know ? I am NOT seeking any legal advice just a time estimation cuz I feel like their manager is fooling me, I know he also works on a separate home at the same time and I feel like he decided to mainly work over there and not at my place

As a first bike, should I get a new one or used one ?

I think its wiser to buy a used R7 as a first bike... cuz I'll certainly drop it a few times and get it scratched or whatever isn't it ?

So i'd loose less value if I get a second hand bike... however around me people sell them for wayy to much like 8k€, its almost the price of a new one at 10k€....

I mean maybe they still didn't adapt their priced compared to the new R7 that just came out, and maybe I can still argue with them and get it for like 7K but I mean... even at 7K i'd rather get a brand new 2026 R7

Idk what do you guys think ? Is it possible to find an older R7 for like 5K ?

Thank you !
