Hi all,

I’ve had heel pain for over 3 years - it’s a strange case of heel fat pad atrophy, where I get massive aching in my heels when I stand for more than 5 minutes, even though I’m only in my 20’s.

I’m starting an office job next year that will require prolonged standing for presentations and workshop facilitation, and I’m nervous because the ONLY shoes I can stand in for longer than 5 minutes are the foam Birkenstocks (see pic).

I’m looking for a nice loafer or flat shoe that I can wear with skirts and dresses at work, that provide the same support as these foam Birkenstocks.

I’ve tried Vionics, and while I like the arch support, the cork-style sole is not squishy enough for me.

If you’ve got a recommendations of cute office shoes with thick foam-style soles and orthotic support, pls let me know! Thanks in advance :)

Hi all! I recently found this bracelet when cleaning out my room - I was give in by my great grandma a few years ago.

I’ve realised it has a 9ct stamp, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me where it might have been made, and approximately when? My great grandma lived in the UK, and I’d love to understand more about this piece and its origins.
