I’ve tried so many things trying to get this mast up by myself ( I don’t have friends or family) about to give up

Everytime someone calls me “Bud” it grinds my gears

Example: “The lettuce is on that rack Bud”

It just sounds really condescending to me like they think they’re better or something

Is it just me? What do you think?
